How do I care for my leather products?
To maintain the longevity of your leather goods, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture. We recommend using a high-quality leather conditioner every 3-6 months and cleaning with a soft, damp cloth.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. Please note that personalized or embossed items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Braun Büffel products come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper care.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by destination but generally range from 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Can I have my leather goods personalized?
We offer professional embossing services for selected small leather goods. You can choose to add initials in various foil colors or a blind deboss during the checkout process on eligible items.
